Opened in early January 2025, this is a project from chef-restaurateur Jackson Boxer. Signature Dishes: Deep-fried Taleggio and Wiltshire truffle lasagne, potato cakes with raw scallop and chicken salt, and steamed hake in Champagne sauce. Renowned for its off-menu gorgonzola burger, that is only made in limited quantities and usually sells out within 10 minutes of service.
