Stooges’ from Rottermdam are considered to be making some of the best (smash)burgers in The Netherlands. Founded by Kick Vogel and Jip Boon, who quit their chef jobs in 2024 and started Stooges in a former train station. Known for international pop-ups, food festivals, burger specials, parties, events, and long waiting lines. After two years they opened a second location called Funhouse, a bar and restaurant inside the monumental “Industriegebouw”.
