Bleecker is a London-born burger brand founded by Zan Kaufman, a former New York City corporate lawyer who swapped the courtroom for a food truck. Inspired by the bold, beef-forward burgers of NYC’s Bleecker Street, the brand is obsessed with doing one thing exceptionally well: serving award-winning burgers made from rare-breed, dry-aged British beef, melted American cheese, and simple, quality ingredients.
